Your information and complete data is stored on your phone and never transferred without you initiating it.
For DMR to function it requires access to certain features of your phone. Here is an explanation of how we use each.
DMR saves temporary data and backup data to the SD card.
DMR needs to prevent your phone from sleeping so that the GPS can be constantly receiving data. DMR also needs to be notified if the phone has just rebooted, to enable the app to restart immediately if the phone shuts down or restarts.
DMR sometimes uses the vibrate feature of a phone as a notification.
